Shipping methods

1. 1. Application
o 1.1. This Agreement covers exclusively the transactions through the node www.klaoudatos-skishop.gr. The klaoudatos-skishop. gr is an online store of products, of the company George Klaoudatos ’.
o 1.2. Sending your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms.

5. Delivery / Ownership / Risk
o 5.1. Your products can not be shipped anywhere within the Greek Territory or abroad. The products that are sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form in the way you have chosen. Shipping is done through the method you choose with the corresponding charge for shipping costs. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
o 5.2. Shipping cost is what is listed on the relevant page with the shopping cart and is affected depending on the weight of the order and the selected method of delivery. The cost is calculated automatically from the node. In some cases the shipping cost may not be calculated correctly by the system. In this case, the person in charge of our company will contact you to inform about the difference in costs, reserving on your part the right to cancel your order if you disagree with this cost, or to do otherwise.
o 5.3. The delivery time mentioned on each product is approximate. Klaoudatos-ski .gr, subject to condition 7, will make every effort to send you the products of 1-4 works within days.

Orders over 50 (fifty) euros are sent free of charge throughout Greece.
Smaller orders are charged as follows:

6. Warranty

7. Force Majeure
o 7.1. 9. Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights
o 9.1 In case the products you bought are defective during the first 14 calendar days you have the right to return. In case of return due to defect you are entitled to immediate new delivery or full refund of your money.
o 9.2. You also have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to announce the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will be charged the immediate cost of returning the products and you are entitled to a full refund.
o 9.3. . Returns in any case are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without damage or damaged packaging, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
o 9.4. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects.
o 9.5.
